Oliva Nova Golf Club
This is one of the most recent designs by Severiano Ballesteros to the extreme south of the Costa Valenciana. Oliva Nova is a very complete and well-groomed course, where the layout calls for a whole variety of shots. Water is a risk element that is constantly around to attract shots hit slightly off the fairway or to guard any number of greens. The latter are difficult both to approach and to play, being sharply contoured and in many cases built on slopes, where the front part of the green slopes sideways and the rear section runs away. This course is now beginning to mature as the recently planted vegetation begins to grow.
